Charlotte “stylish” Julia (Finell) Magnificence, 81, handed away peacefully at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 1:06 am together with her devoted husband of 49 years by her aspect and in her care The subsequent employees is assisted by Valley Hospice.
Stylish was born on August 31, 1940 in Wellsburg, West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late Frank Daniel and Charlotte Could (Dean) Finel.
Stylish has owned and operated Tammy’s Magnificence Salon for over 25 years. She is a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Many will keep in mind Stylish for her love of animals, all the time volunteering with the Animal Welfare Coalition in Brook County and the litter field in Hilton Head, South Carolina; however most significantly, entertaining everybody at residence, particularly at Christmas through the competition.

Per Stylish hopes to announce a celebration of life and a non-public funeral on her mom’s grave at Franklin Cemetery in Wellsburg, West Virginia.
